um... have ya'll noticed that taylor has not been on the show since jackson has been councilman? do you think he is off the show? yay! he was a butt to my precious, luke! ok i know i have problems!

Maybe if Jackson ever decides that he doesn't want to be councilman anymore because he was never really thrilled about it Taylor will come back to resume the position. Being councilman and annoying was the only thing that Taylor was ever there for, he's not long councilman he doesn't need to be in the show.
