I'm startin' to think that the guy that's sitting in Rory's study tree is her new love interest or else why would they have this scene? By the way this is in episode 6. I'm kinda hoping that when the guy refuses to let Rory sit next to her tree that this will happen.
RORY: Hey can you please move?(asks quietly)
GUY: No.(Gos back to reading magazine)
RORY:
(The guy is still reading)
(Rory leaves and and comes back with elbow and knee pads on)
RORY: Alright. Now. I must warn you that I am not in the least bit athletic. So if I break a bone, be ready to get a letter from my lawyer.
(Rory starts climbing up the tree and studys there)

could be. lol That is a funny scene. But I thought I heard somewhere that she wasn't going to have any serious love interests for awhile...not sure...brain fried from typing stupid term papers.
