Wendy we decided on the white flowers in the blue vase for the party and White roses for the wedding
Laur have you ever seen the Princess Diaries? Well at the end when Mia is kissing the guy they show the outside of the ball and all the fountains and lights! Its so pretty...anyway I was thinking what if we have that for the outside of the wedding chapel?

Oh, I absolutely love that idea! And yes, I've seen that movie, I own it... The fountains and lights are gorgeous. But in that case it's necessary for it to be a night wedding. I mean, I suppose that you could do the same thing during the day, but it would be soooo amazing at night. And outside the wedding chapel will make it like a storybook wedding...
And for the reception (I'm assuming you're having one directly following the ceremony) is it going to be indoors or outdoors? Describe to me what you guys have in mind... Cuz I have a bunch of ideas floating around in my head, but I want to know what you want and then we can expand on that together...
hehe... I sooooooo love this job... ~*~JJ Laur~*~

Great idea about the fountains & lights. (Princess Diaries ... Love that movie). Just something I thought of, if the wedding is at night then I think it would be best to have an indoor setting but with a little dance floor that goes out into the garden/fountain area. (If you don't know what I mean ignore me). Wendy Just to let you know. I'll be back on Monday. And I do the graphics then.

Yay! I'm so glad you guys know what I mean...Then yeah the Wedding will be at night...so then the outside will look beautiful. I love your idea Wendy! The reception could take place outdoor and indoors with the food indoors and dancing outside so that they could see the decorations...I'm thinking the chapel and the reception hall should be in the same place.

To make it easy it would be good if the chapel and the reception were in the same place. I have a little request though, since i technically am a Hindu, could we somehow incorporate a little bit of decor into the service? And I would need to incorporate a few traditions as well, like there is this special necklace thingy that my husband is supposed to give me...
Also I like the Idea of white roses but wouldn't it be cool to include some blue flowers as accents either in the reception or the party to spice things up a bit? And we need to find bouquets for everyone.

Right... I love the idea of the chapel and reception hall being in the same place... That way the fountains and lights will be around the whole time.
Ruby, we can absolutely incorporate Hindu decor into the service. However, because I'm not Hindu and I unfortunately know very little about the religion, you will have to explain to me exactly what you're thinking of. And as for the traditions, of course! And they will only make the ceremony all the more charming. ~*~JJ Laur~*~

Well to tell you the truth I'm really not much of a Hindu so I'm kinda fuzzy on the exact traditions... so I'll run some stuff by my mom and get back to you on that. As for decorations, I was thinking of maybe bordering all the tablecloths with a sari border or something like that... not really sure.. ~*Ruby*~

Oh, I love the idea about the chapel and reception being in the same place.
Ruby, there's is absolutely no problem with incorporating some hindu traditions into the ceremony. I'm a Christian but I'm not catholic so as far as I know there are no special traditions. One question though, who will be performing the ceremony? A reverend, preacher, etc.? Or should we have a judge?

since we have white and blue flowers for the party I like keeping it all white for the ceremony and reception.
The bridesmaids could carry one white rose each and the brides several white roses.

I'm not sure about the whole preacher, reverand or judge thing. To be honest, that is completely up to the brides. It should be whatever you both feel comfortable with.
And, right... we discussed the flowers Sara and I love that idea. ~*~JJ Laur~*~

Ruby what do you think about the reverend, preacher judge thing? Maybe we could have two? If you want to keep with your traditions we could do that? Let me know
