Its actually really simply, but if you were to break it them I am not gonna go easy on you!
1. Don't bash the actor! They get paid to play a role and if you dislike the role then you can express your thoughts here, but if you dislike the actor then i suggest you keep it to yourself!
2. Have Fun! This is here for you to have fun, don't start stressing over it or fighting with other board members because you don't agree with their opinions.
