I give this episode an A because:

Things I liked:

Rory/Dean awkwardness; it was realistic and cute

Rory's haircut...makes her look cute but not sophisticated; her clothes was awesome though....finally heels!! She's not always in sneakers!

Luke...listening to Lorelai's business epiphany, helping Dean out, fatering Rory....just call him SuperLuke!!

Lorelai grabbing Taylor; she should have kicked his ass from here to Manhattan.

Michel!!! Dear Lord, finally! I thought he'd never be back 'cause noone delivers snarky lines like our very own frenchmen.

Kirk was sweet...a wee bit stalker-ish but sweet.

I Hated:

Taylor, Taylor Taylor!! Unlike many though I didn't initially hate Taylor because usually he was restricted to town meetings and Luke and LUke knew how to handle him; he wasn't nearly so obnoxious but lately, jeez.

What broke my heart:

Dean's "Why did't she love me?" Oh, Dean

Rory looking out at Dean's wedding at the end...wow nice job Alexis, great acting. She didn't have to say a word just with her eyes.


Overall, great eppy.

totally agree, except for the haircut...not a huge fan of short hair, but that's just me. I mean that's just my own personal preference but I found Lorelai's GI Jane comment hilarious
