Ok, does anyone know what program I need to do a banner like this?

I have arcsoft photostudio 2000 but for some reason my blending wont work and neither will smudging
I also have MGI photosuite version 4.0 but I've never used that.
Could someone please tell me a good program or a way to make my blend and fade into the next picture like that?

Well I'm not good at explaining the technical stuff, but I know that you could make any of those with Adobe Photoshop or MGI Photosuite,
In Photosuite, it's a bit complicated to explain but you have to go to compose project, collage, and start out with the background image and then select to add another image then go to those options and click the fade border choice to get it to blend in. Then position it where you want...etc.

I just can't figure out how to get it to blend in, i mean like on arcsoft it has a blend button, but it just wont blend for me

It's really not what program can do what, its more like what YOU can do with each them. The ones that you showed, you can probably do it with any program, but I really like arcsoft and adobe photoshop, that thing is cool!

i went to best buy to get that and the only had like the jasc set with like 10 different CDs for $150 and they said that you have to order the jasc animation shop online, where did you get urs?

I've got Windows Movie Maker...it's an okay program, not the best, but it came with my PC so I can't complain. I've heard Pinnacle makes a good program though.
