does it ever look to you guys that Alexis isnt happy? cuz i mean in like all the pics i see of her with other people, she doesnt look happy....she smiles, but she doesnt look happy....like wiht young rory for example

The episode with young Rory is not going to air. There was going to be an episode called, "Remembrance of Things Past," but they decided not to air it.
And in response to Alexis' smiling habits, I think it's just that she's a natural model, and usually models aren't all smiley. (Models in magazines, not in makeup/hair ads) lol. And probably also the fact that she's shy, makes her look kind of sad/isolated sometimes. But I think she's happy most of the time. ;D

yeah i know i was wondering the same thing on both parts. i had never seen young rory and also, the same w/ alexis. Yes, she was a model and they have to be all "pouty" but actually lots of rich people arent that happy. They dont get to spend that much time w/ their family, they're like stalked and they dont get treated like normal people so maybe shes not that happy

I agree with Nikki on this one. It must be very hard to always have a camera shoved in your face and be expected to smile. As far as her expressions on the show, we have to remember that this is her first real gig. I think she is learning more and more and getting better with every episode. I mean for those of you , like me, who have every episode on tape or cd, go back and compare early Rory with recent Rory. You will see a difference. Yeah. Like the scene in the episode (where Kirk aske Lorelai out) When Lor Tells Ror about it. She did that VERY well.
