Rory laughed, wondering how alyssa remembered all the relations she had rattled off as they came to her-she couldn't even remember.
"SO Max, trying to get rid of us? You know us too well!" Rory said, smiling at her mom, thinking how close he had come to being the one who would know the two of them best

Lorelai said, nodding in approval, "Yes, you do Max Medina. Yes, you do. You probably wont ever pass our Lukey over here though," she then turned and pointed to Luke. "After all, Luke has known us for like ever, I have to get my coffee somewhere." She stated with a chuckle. And when she broke out laughing, Rory started too. ~*Susie*  |

question---can i add a character temporarily that isnt in the rpg--like mia or madeline and louise, or something like that?

Seeing the distaste in Max's eyes over the current conversation, Lorelai decided to see how he was doing. Taking steps toward the bed she mumbled, "now this is awkward" to no one in particular. She couldnt do this alone, and going with Rory would be wierd too considering this was her potential step father and a teacher at her school. She grabbed the one person she could think of to come, someone she would trust with her life. One of the only three people she would trust with her life, Luke. ~*Susie* |

Rory looked on in surprise as her mom slipped her hand in lukes and brought him iwth her toward the bed. She knew that her mom must be thinking about awkwardness with rory and max. She walked quietly toward Lorelai,and slipped her hand in lorelais shaking one.

Lorelai turned to Rory, with a huge smile on her face for the support Rory was showing. The shock of her grab for Lukes hand still in her brain, she turned to Luke to see if he was ok with her holding his hand. The smile on his face was the answer she was looking for. As she, Luke and Rory moved towards Max's bed side the feeling overwhelmed Lorelai that this was where she should be, here with her family. Luke and Rory. It just sounded right to say they were her family. Pushing all thoughts except those of Max's welfare out of brain, she swore she'd deal with them later. For now her main concern was to make sure Max was alright. Note- Yes, I know that was cheesy. Sorry! Its too many sappy movies for me. ~*Susie* |

Alyssa tried to looked hurt, "sorry, I didn't mean too, maybe I shoud go wait outside," she smiled at them all, "I'll be around if you need me." and she walked out of Max's room. "I'll go look for Mr. EMT" alyssa said to herself.

Lorelai watched while Alyssa left, and mouthed to Dean, "Go ahead Nark, go wait with Alyssa." She, Rory and Luke moved closer to the bed. After making it to the bed side Lorelai took a few deep breaths and started talkg. "Max, are you alright? Its me, Lorelai. With Rory and Luke. Are you feeling ok?" She sighed when she finished this. The stress evidently catching up with her. ~*Susie* |

Luke swich hands so he could use his other to rub Lorelai's back to try and clam her down, "Your doing great, I'm here for you," he wispered softly in her ear.

Obviously calming down, she turned to Rory and said, "Go wait with your Dean and Alyssa, you dont need to be here. I'll be fine Luke'll take care of me, wont you Lukey?" While speaking she waved her harms towards the door, motioning to Rory that she would be fine. With that Lorelai turned back to Luke, hoping that he would truly help her. ~*Susie* |

Luke pulled a piece of Lorelai's hair behind her ears, "I'll always be here for you, no matter what." he said as he looked into her eyes, "you mean the world to me."
