First you have to have a photo program open, that you can edit pics with. Then the screen you want, you hit the button on your keyboard that says "Print Screen" Mine is next to the Scroll Lock and above the Num Lock & Numbers keys on the right. Then you go to your editing program and hit Ctrl-V or you go to Edit > Paste. In a new project.

I don't think I did a good job explaining it but I tried. It's hard when you don't know what the other person knows about computers and what programs they have.
