do you have Jasc Animation shop? If you have Paint Shop pro then it would come with it. and also you can use MGI PHotosuite platinum.
and hun you can get anything free online lol but legally i'm not sure

if you want it moving, then give me the links and i can make them for you.
if you want to try a single picture one on your own, you can use practically any picture program that allows you to resize pictures, all you do is crop it then make it 100 X 100 pixels
